We make our Cornish crumbly fudge the traditional way, slowly boiled over an open flame to develop the caramel flavour then cooled and turned by hand on the marble slab to set. Satisfying crumbly and luxuriously smooth with a delicious slightly salty edge to enhance the caramel flavours.
