Order processing

We usually process all orders for despatch in 1-2 days or for the nearest despatch date. However, due to the nature of our products being small batch handmade, occasionally we do not have enough stock on hand and your confectionery may need to be made to order, this can sometimes cause a slight delay.

Collection

We are currently open for collections from our shop in Tintagel on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 11-2.45. Collections can also be arranged for outside of these times if you discuss this with us. Please wait until you are notified your order if ready to collect before coming to collect your order.

Standard Postage

When you select "standard postage" we despatch your order using Royal Mail 1st class. We use our local mobile post office service and despatch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once despatched Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 day for domestic (2-7 for international) however this is not guaranteed. 

DPD

When you select DPD as your chosen courier we use a "door 2 door" service. Your order is collected from us and delivered to you with DPD tracking and 1 hour delivery window. Your order is usually booked for collection the next day, DPD then aim to deliver next day, giving a total estimated delivery time of 2 days however this is not guaranteed.  

Please note we are not responsible for any postal carrier delays. 

Damaged parcels 
If under any circumstances your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening and checking the goods inside. This is useful when making a claim for damages. Please photograph each stage of unwrapping, including all goods within whether damaged or sound.
