We make our Cornish crumbly fudge the traditional way, slowly boiled over and open flame to develop the caramel flavour then cooled and turned by hand on the marble slab to set. Satisfying crumbly and luxuriously smooth.



Ingredients: Sugar, Evaporated milk, Cornish milk, Cornish butter (milk), Dextrose, Meringue 2% (Sugar, Pasteurised egg white), Fresh lemon zest and juice 1%.
